MEDITATION

We all have spirit guides that we can call on for guidance, clarity, wisdom and healing. Their goal is to help us connect with the Love and Light that is always within us. In this 23 minute meditation, you will complete a guided visualization to meet with your spirit guides to learn what they would like to share with you and to receive answers to questions you may have. While we are in this physical world, we are truly spirit in a body with an infinite connection to the spiritual realm.
